We are seeking a highly skilled, relationship-driven Associate General Dentist to join our elevated, boutique private practice in Webster/Clear Lake, TX. This rare opportunity allows you to step directly into the owner dentist’s established patient base, providing instant productivity, autonomy, and the freedom to practice dentistry at the highest standard—without insurance pressures.
Our patient base is ~ 60% out-of-network, centered on comprehensive care, exceptional patient relationships, and a calm, lifestyle-focused environment. This role is ideal for a clinician who values quality over volume and who thrives in a supportive, well-run, modern private practice.
Core Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive general dentistry, including exams, restorative care, cosmetic procedures, extractions, endodontics, and prosthodontics as clinically appropriate.
Conduct thorough clinical evaluations using diagnostic imaging, detailed medical/dental histories, and patient-centered conversations.
Develop clear, customized treatment plans that reflect patient needs, long-term oral health goals, and the philosophy of comprehensive, relationship-based dentistry.
Perform all procedures with precision, empathy, and attention to detail in a calm, private-practice setting.
Maintain meticulous and accurate clinical documentation in alignment with HIPAA standards.
Collaborate with a highly trained clinical team utilizing efficient four-handed dentistry to enhance patient comfort and workflow.
Provide clear patient education, helping patients understand their oral health and treatment options in a compassionate and empowering way.
Uphold the highest standards of sterilization, OSHA compliance, and infection control throughout all clinical procedures.
Stay current with modern dental techniques, materials, and continuing education to support ongoing clinical excellence.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on clinical experience in private practice.
Strong proficiency in bread-and-butter dentistry; confidence in molar endo, extractions, implants and cosmetic-level restorative is a plus.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships with patients.
Commitment to delivering elevated, patient-centered care—not high-volume dentistry.
Strong diagnostic skills and comfort with comprehensive treatment planning.
Ability to integrate smoothly into a well-organized, supportive team environment.
Professionalism, emotional intelligence, and a growth mindset are essential.
