Dental Assistant
LOCATION
Boulder, COWe are a privately owned, growing dental practice seeking a reliable, motivated dental assistant to join our supportive team. Both part-time and full-time positions are available, with flexibility depending on your schedule. Our office provides general, oral surgery, multi-doctor, PPO, and private care, with both a prosthodontist and a general dentist on site. We are committed to delivering high-quality patient care in a welcoming, comfortable environment while fostering teamwork, communication, and professional growth.
This full-time role is ideal for someone who is dependable, takes initiative, and genuinely cares about creating a great patient experience. Responsibilities include chairside assisting, instrument passing, sterilization procedures, and supporting a wide variety of comprehensive dental treatments. Excellent patient care and communication skills are essential, along with attention to detail and strong teamwork. X-ray certification is required, and Eaglesoft experience is a plus.
Some dental assisting experience is preferred. A high school education is sufficient for consideration. We provide PPE including disposable gowns, latex gloves, nitrile gloves, and regular masks. Full-time employees are eligible for PTO and insurance options. Pay is $22–$30 per hour, depending on experience.
A one-hour lunch break is provided from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. Parking is available right outside the office in a large lot, with plenty of room.
