Dental Treatment Coordinator/Front Desk Receptionist

We are a warm, friendly dental office located in Nutley, NJ seeking a dedicated front office team member to join our dynamic practice. Our team includes 3 experienced periodontists, 1 general dentist, a skilled hygienist and 4 dental assistant. If you have a passion for patient care and excel in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing patient interactions, supporting treatment planning, and ensuring that our front office runs smoothly. We value an organized and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a multi-specialty practice setting that includes general dentistry, periodontics, and PPO services.
We offer a collaborative work environment with comprehensive benefits, including PTO for sick and vacation days, a 401K with matching contributions, a $250 medical stipend, and an in-house dental plan. Our office utilizes Open Dental scheduling software, and you will be provided with necessary personal protective equipment, including disposable gowns, face shields, and masks.
