Registered Dental Assistant
LOCATION
Port Lavaca, TXWe are seeking a full-time Dental Assistant to join a busy, patient-focused dental practice that serves a wide range of specialties, including General Dentistry, Pedodontics, Periodontics, Orthodontics, Oral Surgery, Prosthodontics, Medicaid, PPO, and Endodontics. This role is ideal for someone with a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and at least 1 year of dental office experience.
As a Dental Assistant, you will support the clinical team with chairside assisting, preparing treatment rooms, sterilizing instruments, taking and developing records as needed, and helping ensure smooth patient flow throughout the day. You will also assist with patient education, maintain accurate records, and help create a positive and comfortable experience for every patient.
Candidates should have a high school education and be comfortable working in a fast-paced dental office environment. Attention to detail, professionalism, and a team-oriented attitude are essential.
For the safety and comfort of our team, the office provides disposable gowns, face shields, N95 masks, nitrile gloves, regular masks, temperature checks, goggles, sanitizer, and anything else needed for proper protection.
This full-time position offers competitive pay ranging from $16 to $21 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
