WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

Bilingual (English/Spanish) – required 

5+ years of dental front desk experience – required 

An extraordinary person – non-negotiable

Compensation: $23/hr 
Schedule: Full-time, 4-day week (Monday-Thursday, 8am-5pm)
Paid Time Off: 14 days annually, including federal holidays

HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT:

* Welcome and greet every patient – by name, every time.
* Own all communication – every call, text, email, voicemail gets a warm, prompt response.
* Convert new patient inquiries – into scheduled, excited appointments.
* Orchestrate the patient experience – the heartbeat of the team from arrival to departure.
* Track and report referral sources – so we know what's growing the practice.
* Reactivate lapsed patients – through outbound relationship-building calls.
* Drive social media presence – capturing real moments, crafting authentic content, and keeping OASIS Modern Dentistry & Orthodontics visible and vibrant online.
* Present treatment plans – clearly and confidently in Spanish, helping patients understand and move forward with care.
* Follow up with existing patients – who have unscheduled treatment, building trust and encouraging completion of care.
