Looking for a Long Term Star Hygienist

We are seeking a skilled, professional dental hygienist to join a well-established, 100% fee-for-service boutique practice focused on high-end cosmetic dentistry. Our office serves a loyal and diverse patient base of families, working professionals, and athletes who value quality, consistency, and long-term relationships with their dental team. Located in the heart of Bellaire, just minutes from the Galleria, River Oaks, Downtown, and the Texas Medical Center, our practice offers a refined clinical environment with a strong emphasis on exceptional patient care.

This is a full-time opportunity in a general, single-doctor, multi-doctor, private practice setting. The ideal candidate will bring a strong work ethic, exceptional customer service skills, and a polished, professional demeanor. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, honest, drama free, and a true team player. Because this role includes handling money, integrity and trustworthiness are essential.

The ideal candidate will have some dental experience, preferably as a dental assistant, along with strong communication skills and experience presenting or supporting treatment plans. Denticon knowledge is a plus. A college-level education is preferred, and candidates should be comfortable working in a high-end practice environment where attention to detail and patient experience are top priorities.

Clinical responsibilities include providing hygiene care one patient at a time, with appointments typically scheduled for 1 hour recare visits and 1.5 hours for new patient visits. You will have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients while delivering thorough, high-quality care. A one-hour lunch break is provided.

We value safety and preparedness in our workplace. PPE available includes disposable gowns, face shields, N95 masks, nitrile gloves, and regular masks. Parking is available in a dedicated parking lot for added convenience.

Compensation is contingent on experience. Benefits include a 401(k) available after 90 days.
