Hiring dental hygienist for small family practice in Oregon City

Are you a passionate and dedicated dental hygienist looking for an opportunity to work in a warm and welcoming environment? We are a small, family-oriented dental practice seeking a part-time hygienist to join our fantastic team of five. As we look to fill the vacancy left by a valued hygienist transitioning to spend more time with her baby, we invite applications from hygienists at all experience levels who are eager to contribute to our practice while prioritizing patient comfort and care.
Our office operates from Tuesday to Thursday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with the intention of gradually incorporating Fridays into our schedule. We prioritize providing an exceptional experience for both our team members and patients by ensuring we do not overbook appointments, allowing for meaningful interactions and continuity of care. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including calculus removal, periodontal screening and treatment, patient education, and fluoride treatments.
We believe that while experience enhances a candidate's profile, finding the right cultural fit is essential. You will be working in a calm and stable environment, where your contribution to patient comfort will be paramount. Each patient is seen individually, allowing you to dedicate the time necessary for thorough care—60 minutes for routine prophylaxis and varying times for scaling and root planing based on each patient's needs.
