Full-Time Dental Hygienist Wanted 🦷 in Jersey City, NJ

We are seeking a compassionate, motivated full-time Dental Hygienist to join our family-oriented dental practice. Our practice serves a mix of general and prosthodontic care in a single-doctor setting with PPO and private patients, creating a steady and collaborative workflow.

This position is available due to the retirement of our current dental hygienist, and we welcome new graduates who are eager to grow in a welcoming office. If you are a team player who values patient education, comfort, and clinical excellence, we would love to add you to our team.

Responsibilities include delivering high-quality preventive care, performing fluoride treatments, taking digital x-rays, and using an intraoral camera to support comprehensive patient education and treatment planning. You will work with one patient at a time and typically spend one hour with each patient, allowing you to provide thoughtful, individualized care. Additional duties include maintaining accurate records in Eaglesoft, upholding infection control standards, and collaborating closely with the doctor and team to ensure a smooth patient experience.

The ideal candidate is CPR certified and comfortable working in a professional, patient-focused environment. Strong communication skills and a caring, family-oriented approach are essential. We value a positive attitude, dependability, and the ability to help patients feel at ease during their visits.

We take safety seriously and provide PPE including disposable gowns, face shields, goggles, N95 masks, nitrile gloves, and regular masks. For your convenience, garage parking is available. A one-hour lunch break is provided, and we are open to discussing a schedule that supports work-life balance for the right candidate.
