Dental Insurance Coordinator – Private Practice (PPO and FFS Only / Eaglesoft)

Our friendly, single-doctor private dental practice is looking for an experienced and reliable Dental Insurance Coordinator to join our dedicated team! We are a PPO and Fee for Service-only office and pride ourselves on providing personalized, high-quality care to our patients in a warm, supportive environment.

About the Role:

As our Dental Insurance Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring our patients understand and maximize their insurance benefits while keeping our practice running smoothly. You’ll handle all insurance-related tasks, working closely with the doctor, front office, and clinical team to support an exceptional patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Verify PPO dental insurance eligibility and benefits accurately.
Submit insurance claims to ensure timely payment.
Communicate with insurance companies to resolve claim issues.
Provide clear, accurate financial breakdowns to patients, including co-pays and treatment estimates.
Collaborate with the team to support overall office flow.

Qualifications:

2+ years of dental insurance coordination/front office experience preferred.
Proficiency in Eaglesoft is required.
Strong knowledge of PPO dental plans, CDT codes, and the insurance claims process.
Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively.
