We're looking for a compassionate, skilled, and enthusiastic Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team and help us continue delivering outstanding care. What You'll Do
- Provide high-quality preventive and periodontal care
- Perform dental cleanings, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing, and periodontal assessments
- Take diagnostic radiographs
- Educate patients on oral health, home care, and treatment recommendations
- Record comprehensive clinical notes and periodontal charting
- Assist in identifying treatment needs and communicating recommendations to patients
- Collaborate with doctors and team members to create an exceptional patient experience
- Maintain infection control and sterilization standards in accordance with OSHA and CDC guidelines
- Help create a positive, welcoming environment for patients and teammates

What We're Looking For
- Current Texas Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license
- Current CPR certification
- Strong communication and patient education skills
- A positive attitude and team-first mentality
- Ability to build trust and rapport with patients of all ages
- Excellent attention to detail and clinical skills
- Comfortable using opendental software and digital imaging technology
- Desire to learn, grow, and contribute to a collaborative team environment
