Full-Time Hygienist

We are a growing practice seeking a skilled and compassionate dental hygienist to join our full-time team. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a dynamic clinical environment and enjoys providing high-quality care to patients of all ages. Our practice serves a broad mix of general dentistry and specialty care, including pedodontics, periodontics, orthodontics, oral surgery, multi-specialty treatment, multi-doctor collaboration, PPO, private, and endodontic services.

In this position, you will provide preventive and therapeutic oral care while helping patients feel comfortable and informed throughout their visit. Responsibilities include performing dental cleanings, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing as appropriate, taking and reviewing radiographs, documenting findings accurately, and supporting treatment planning efforts alongside the clinical team. Strong communication skills are important, as you will educate patients on proper oral hygiene, preventive care, and maintaining long-term dental health.

This full-time opportunity is structured to support efficient, focused patient care. You will see one patient at a time and typically spend 40 minutes with each patient, allowing you to deliver attentive, quality service without feeling rushed. A 1-hour lunch break is provided to support your workday balance. Street parking is available for convenient access to the office.

We are looking for a candidate with at least 3 years of experience in dental hygiene and a strong understanding of both general and specialty dentistry. The ideal applicant is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a diverse patient base. A college-level education in dental hygiene or a related field is expected.

Compensation for this role starts at $55 per hour and up, depending on experience. In addition, the position includes PTO as part of the benefits package.
