LOCATION
Philadelphia, PAeam Dental is seeking an experienced EFDA / RDA to join our growing, patient-centered practices. We are looking for dependable, team-oriented assistants who value quality care and consistent workflows.
Pay
$25–$35 per hour (based on experience and credentials)
Schedule
4-day workweek
Day schedule available
Hours: Monday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Tuesday-Wednesday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Friday 9:00AM-3:00PM
No late nights
Benefits after 90 days:

Responsibilities
Chairside assisting for general and restorative procedures
Support efficient clinical flow and patient comfort
Prepare treatment rooms and maintain sterilization standards
Take radiographs as needed
Assist doctors and hygienists as assigned
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Requirements
Active EFDA Certification
Dental assisting experience required
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Reliable, punctual, and professional
