Seeking experienced dental assistant (full-time 4-4.5 days)
LOCATION
Bristow, VAWe are a growing general dental practice seeking a friendly, reliable team member with excellent chairside manner to join our office in a full-time role. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping patients feel comfortable, works well in a fast-paced environment, and brings a positive attitude to every day.
Responsibilities include supporting the dental team with patient care, preparing treatment rooms, assisting during procedures, taking and recording accurate notes in Open Dental, sterilizing instruments, and helping maintain an organized and efficient workflow. A high school education is required, and 2+ years of experience is preferred. Familiarity with Open Dental is strongly valued.
We are looking for someone who is dependable, professional, and able to communicate clearly with both patients and coworkers. A warm, reassuring presence and strong attention to detail are especially important in this role. Cross-training is not a requirement.
This full-time position offers PTO, holiday pay, health insurance, and an in-house dental benefit. Compensation depends on level of experience. Parking is available at the front or back of the office. Work schedule includes a 1-hour lunch break on weekdays and a half day on Saturday.
