Full TIme Hygienst

We are seeking a skilled and motivated dental hygiene professional to join our general dentistry team in a full-time role. This position is ideal for a confident clinician who values quality care, patient education, and a supportive work environment. You will work closely with the dental team to provide comprehensive preventive care and help patients maintain healthy smiles through consistent, thorough treatment.

In this role, you will see one patient at a time and typically spend 1 hour with each patient, allowing you the time needed to deliver attentive, personalized care. Responsibilities include performing routine prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, oral health assessments, digital charting, radiographs, and patient education on home care and preventive practices. A strong focus on communication, clinical accuracy, and professionalism is essential. Because we serve a general practice patient base, the ideal candidate should be comfortable working with patients of all ages and varying levels of dental needs.

We are looking for a candidate with at least 2 years of experience and a valid RDH license. The ideal applicant will bring a positive attitude, strong time management, and a commitment to delivering high-quality hygiene care. College-level education is expected, and a solid understanding of standard dental hygiene protocols and patient-centered care is important for success in this position.

This is a full-time opportunity with office hours Monday through Thursday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. A 30-minute lunch break is provided each day. Parking is available in the parking lot, offering convenient access for your workday.

Compensation for this role is $52–$62 per hour, TBD based on experience and qualifications. We also offer a $1,000 starting bonus. Benefits include paid medical coverage, holidays, 1 week of vacation after the first year, and 2 weeks of vacation the following year.
