Job Opportunity: Dental Hygienist

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled dental hygienist to join our dynamic team in a thriving general and private practice. As a dental hygienist, you will play a crucial role in the prevention and treatment of oral diseases, while ensuring that our patients receive the best possible care. Your expertise will help educate patients about their dental health and the importance of maintaining proper oral hygiene. In this position, you will perform a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:

- Conducting thorough examinations of patients' oral health, including assessing the condition of the gums and teeth.
- Performing dental cleanings, scaling, and root planing as needed to remove plaque and tartar build-up.
- Educating patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental check-ups.
- Collaborating with the dentist to create comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records in accordance with practice protocols and regulations.

To be successful in this role, you should have exceptional patient communication skills, enabling you to convey important treatment information in an easily understandable manner. You will be responsible for creating a positive and reassuring atmosphere for patients, ensuring their comfort and understanding throughout their treatment.

The ideal candidate will possess 2-3 years of experience in a dental hygienist role, demonstrating proficiency in various dental procedures and a solid understanding of the latest dental technologies and practices. A degree in dental hygiene from an accredited institution, along with a valid state license, is required.

Our offer includes a competitive salary ranging from $40 to $50 per hour, commensurate with experience, as well as opportunities for professional development and continuing education.
