Treatment Coordinator

H-Town Star Family Dentistry is a patient-focused dental practice dedicated to providing exceptional care and a welcoming environment. We are looking for a professional and organized Treatment Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in ensuring our patients have a seamless and informed experience regarding their dental care and financial options.

Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist patients with warmth and professionalism.
• Present treatment plans to patients clearly, including associated costs and payment options.
• Coordinate scheduling for treatment appointments and follow-ups.
• Verify patient insurance benefits and pre-authorizations.
• Provide financial consultation, including discussing payment plans and options.
• Maintain accurate and organized patient records.
• Serve as a liaison between the patient, dentist, and clinical team to ensure clear communication.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding treatment plans to maximize patient care.

Qualifications:
• Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator, dental receptionist, or similar role in a dental office.
• Strong understanding of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance plans.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in dental practice management software
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• A friendly, patient-focused attitude.
