What You’ll Do

Provide comprehensive general dentistry for patients age 0 and older in a warm, family-friendly environment

Diagnose conditions, create treatment plans, and present recommendations clearly and confidently

Build trusted patient relationships and help improve case acceptance through education and communication

Collaborate closely with hygienists, assistants, and front office staff to deliver an excellent patient experience

Maintain high standards for clinical quality, patient safety, infection control, and HIPAA compliance

Qualifications

DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program

Active Texas dental license, or eligibility to obtain one

2+ years of experience preferred; exceptional new graduates are encouraged to apply

Strong foundation in general dentistry and comfort treating patients age 0+

Excellent patient communication and relationship-building skills

Experience with dental practice software such as Dentrix Ascend, Eaglesoft, or Epic preferred
