Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated, bilingual (English/Spanish) Treatment Coordinator to join our growing dental practice. This role is ideal for a strong communicator who excels at case acceptance, patient education, and team coordination. You will play a key role in guiding patients through their treatment journey while supporting efficient daily operations and delivering an exceptional patient experience.

Key Responsibilities
Present and explain treatment plans clearly, including procedures, benefits, and financial options
Increase case acceptance through confident communication and patient education
Coordinate patient scheduling to ensure smooth workflow and optimal production
Verify insurance benefits and assist patients with financing options
Follow up on unscheduled treatment and maintain an active recall system
Support front desk operations and ensure a positive patient experience from check-in to check-out
Collaborate with Management and the clinical team to ensure seamless patient care
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance
Utilize Open Dental software for scheduling, documentation, and reporting
Qualifications
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a dental office (treatment coordinating or front office role)
Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
Strong understanding of dental procedures and terminology
Proven track record in case acceptance and patient communication
Experience with Open Dental (preferred)
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
