About Our Practice

We are a busy, growing general dentistry practice with 12 operatories looking for a LONG-TERM, upbeat, friendly, and motivated Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team!

We are looking for someone who is passionate about patient care, communicates well, and brings professionalism, enthusiasm, and compassion to the office every day.

Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive preventive dental hygiene care
Build strong, trusting relationships with patients
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and periodontal health
Review medical and dental histories
Take necessary dental X-rays and intraoral images
Perform periodontal charting and assessments
Provide fluoride treatments and other preventive services as appropriate
Identify and communicate areas of concern to the dentist
Clearly explain treatment recommendations and oral health needs
Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation
Follow OSHA, infection-control, and office protocols
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked operatory
Work collaboratively with doctors and the entire dental team
Help create an exceptional patient experience from start to finish
Requirements
Active Illinois Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license required
1+ year of dental hygiene experience preferred
Personal loupes required
Strong clinical and communication skills
Patient-focused and compassionate
Friendly, positive, and team-oriented attitude
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing practice
Spanish-speaking preferred, but not required
Schedule

Full-Time and Part-Time Opportunities Available

Monday–Friday
Weekends as needed
8-hour or 10-hour shifts
Day shifts
