Monument, COJoin Our Dedicated Dental Team as a Dental Hygienist!
We are a vibrant general dentistry practice with a single doctor with three hygienists (but one of them is moving!) , committed to creating a welcoming environment where both staff and patients feel valued. As we continue to grow, we are excited to welcome a friendly and enthusiastic Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to our team on a full-time basis, ideally starting in March as one of our hygienists is moving out of town at the end of February.
In our practice, we prioritize patient care above all else. We are looking for a hygienist who shares our passion for providing exceptional service while maintaining a comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere. Our doctor is low-key and laid-back, fostering a culture of teamwork and respect. We consider our hygienists to be integral members of our practice and value their expertise and input in delivering the best care to our patients.
As an RDH in our office, you will have the opportunity to work with patients one-on-one, spending about one hour with each patient for standard appointments, and up to 90 minutes for half mouth scaling and root planing (SRP) or new patient evaluations. Our practice boasts a patient-centric focus and a friendly, engaging vibe that will make your work enjoyable and fulfilling.
In addition to an enriching work atmosphere, we offer competitive compensation of up to $60 per hour, along with attractive benefits. You'll also appreciate a structured workday with a dedicated one-hour lunch break from 1 PM to 2 PM.
