As we prepare to open a new location, we are seeking a dedicated hygienist to join our small, single-doctor practice that primarily caters to Medicaid patients.

In our office, we value patient care above all else. Our commitment to building lasting relationships with each patient is at the core of our philosophy. As a dental hygienist here, you will work one-on-one with patients, spending 40 to 60 minutes with each individual, allowing you to provide thorough care tailored to their unique needs.

Responsibilities:

As a dental hygienist, your primary responsibilities will include performing comprehensive periodontal screenings, executing effective oral hygiene instructions, administering fluoride treatments, and utilizing advanced techniques such as air polishing, ultrasonic scaling, and local anesthesia. You will also play an essential role in treatment planning and the management of gingivitis, helping our patients achieve optimal oral health.

Qualifications:

- 1-2 years of experience as a dental hygienist
- Proficient in dental procedures such as bleaching, cavitron use, periochip placement, and pit and fissure sealants
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building patient rapport
