Wylie, TXWylie Dentistry Co. is a modern, patient-centered private dental practice seeking a full-time Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team.
We are an out-of-network, quality-driven practice focused on comprehensive dentistry, prevention, and patient education — not high-volume care. Our hygienist plays a vital role in the practice and works closely with the doctor and team to deliver exceptional patient experiences.
Schedule is
Tuesday – Friday (Full Time)
Solo hygienist position
What We’re Looking For...
Texas-licensed Registered Dental Hygienist
Comfortable and confident working independently
Strong communication and patient education skills
Team-oriented mindset — willing to assist with overall back-office flow
Professional, reliable, and organized
Experience with digital dentistry preferred (Open Dental, digital X-rays)
Primary Responsibilities
Adult and pediatric prophylaxis
Periodontal assessments, charting, and treatment planning support
SRP when indicated
Digital radiographs
Oral cancer screenings
Patient education on home care, fluoride, and preventive therapies
Identifying same-day opportunities (fluoride, sealants, periodontal needs)
Maintaining operatory cleanliness and infection control standards
Supporting the back office as needed for smooth daily operations
