Registered Dental Assistant
LOCATION
Brookline, MAWe are seeking a dependable, experienced dental professional to join a busy, multi-doctor dental practice that provides care in pedodontics, periodontics, and oral surgery. This full-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and takes pride in delivering excellent patient care. The position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in specialty care, with strong endodontic and periodontal experience preferred. Cross-training is very helpful and will be considered an asset in supporting a collaborative clinical team.
Responsibilities include assisting chairside during a variety of specialty procedures, preparing treatment rooms, sterilizing instruments, supplies management, reviewing patient readiness, and supporting efficient clinical flow. A high school education or equivalent is expected. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with multiple doctors and specialty procedures.
We offer top compensation depending on experience, along with PTO, paid holidays, medical, and dental benefits. This role includes a flexible schedule with no weekends or evenings. Parking is provided, and lunch break time ranges from 30 minutes to 1 hour.
