April: Monday–Thursday
Starting May: Tuesday–Friday

Position Summary
The Treatment Coordinator is a vital member of our front office team, guiding patients through their treatment journey with clarity and care. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to confidently present treatment plans and financial options. You will be the trusted point of contact for patients, ensuring they feel supported and informed every step of the way.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, present, and follow up on patient treatment plans
Maintain treatment plan contact lists for scheduled and unscheduled patients
Verify insurance eligibility and benefits in advance
Manage and confirm doctor’s schedule and appointments
Conduct financial reviews and provide financial options for patients
Coordinate with finance companies for treatment plans
Answer incoming calls and provide outstanding patient service
Schedule specialist appointments and coordinate referrals
Follow up with patients on pending or outstanding treatments
Prepare route slips, verify patient information, and assist with patient flow
Process payments and manage patient financial records
Support hygiene patient check-out and new patient paperwork
Qualifications
Dental front office experience is a must
Proficiency with Open Dental, Eaglesoft, Flex, and DoseSpot RX preferred
Strong knowledge of insurance verification and patient financial coordination
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to confidently present treatment options and financial arrangements
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
Self-motivated with the ability to take ownership of tasks and follow through independently
