Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) – Join Our Team in Santa Barbara!
LOCATION
Santa Barbara, CAMountain & Sea Dental is looking for a compassionate, patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our growing practice in beautiful Santa Barbara, CA.
Our modern, family-oriented practice is committed to providing comprehensive, whole-person dental care in a warm and welcoming environment. We combine advanced technology with personalized treatment to help our patients achieve exceptional oral health. Our office offers a full range of preventive, restorative, cosmetic, and sedation dental services.
What You'll Do
• Perform thorough dental hygiene assessments and preventive cleanings
• Conduct periodontal charting and provide periodontal therapy as needed
• Take digital radiographs and maintain accurate clinical records
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment recommendations
• Collaborate closely with the doctors and clinical team to deliver outstanding patient care
• Help create a comfortable, positive experience for every patient
What We're Looking For
• Active California Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Gentle, compassionate chairside manner
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality patient care
• Team-oriented attitude with a positive, professional demeanor
• Two or more years of experience preferred, but motivated new graduates are welcome to apply
Schedule
• Days: Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday
• Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation
• Pay: $65–$75 per hour
