Compensation: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour, depending on experience

We are a collaborative, engaging, single-doctor family dental practice located in Denver's vibrant Lowry neighborhood, and we're looking for a Dental Patient Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our office.

We pride ourselves on providing high-quality dental care in a supportive and patient-focused environment. As a PPO and Fee-for-Service practice, we are committed to building lasting relationships with our patients while delivering outstanding service and care.

What You'll Do

As our Dental Patient Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in creating a seamless and positive experience for every patient. Responsibilities include:

Greeting and checking patients in and out
Answering phones and assisting patients with scheduling needs
Managing appointment scheduling and maintaining provider schedules
Verifying dental insurance benefits and eligibility
Collecting co-pays and patient balances
Assisting with treatment plan presentation and financial discussions
Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation
Coordinating communication between patients and the clinical team
Supporting daily front office operations and administrative tasks

Qualifications:

Previous dental front office experience preferred
General understanding of dental insurance plans, PPO benefits, and insurance verification processes
Experience collecting patient payments and discussing financial arrangements
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Experience with dental practice management software preferred
Positive attitude and team-first mindset
