We are seeking a licensed Dental Hygienist to join our team in McKinney, TX

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate dental hygienist to join a growing, multi-specialty dental practice that serves a diverse patient base across general, pedodontics, periodontics, oral surgery, and PPO care. This is a full-time opportunity for a motivated professional who values high-quality clinical care, strong communication, and a team-oriented environment.

In this role, you will provide comprehensive hygiene services in a modern office designed to support efficient, patient-centered care. You will work with two patients at a time in separate rooms, typically spending one hour with each patient. The pace of the practice allows you to deliver thorough treatment while maintaining a calm and organized workflow. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building patient relationships and contributing to a collaborative clinical team.

Responsibilities include performing dental cleanings, periodontal charting, oral health assessments, patient education, and supporting preventive and therapeutic treatment plans. You will also assist with clinical procedures as needed and help ensure that each patient receives a professional, positive experience. Strong attention to detail, a commitment to infection control, and the ability to communicate clearly with patients of all ages are essential.

Required qualifications for this role include a minimum of 2 years of experience, Texas Dental Hygiene certification, laser certification, and anesthesia certification. These credentials are important in supporting the advanced services provided within the practice. A college-level education is expected for this position.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $55–$65 per hour, along with PTO, medical benefits, and a bonus opportunity. The office also provides convenient parking in front of the building and a 30-minute lunch break during the workday.
