Join our dynamic and welcoming dental team in a growing general practice located in the heart of downtown Ridgefield! We are a modern, fun, and friendly office that values patient care and teamwork. With nearly eight years in operation since our full renovation, we pride ourselves on providing a high-quality dental experience in an engaging environment.
As a Dental Hygienist in our office, you will have the opportunity to work with a dedicated operatory, ensuring that you can focus on delivering exceptional care to your patients. You will spend one hour with existing patients and 1.5 hours with new patients, allowing you to build lasting relationships and provide thorough dental hygiene services. Our practice ethos centers around personalized care, making it essential for you to connect with our patients and create a positive experience during their visit.
We're looking for an enthusiastic professional with at least two years of experience in dental hygiene. Your skills in prophylaxis, scaling & root planing (SRP), and taking x-rays will be key in this role. We value a fun and friendly attitude, as we believe it enhances the patient experience and supports a collaborative team atmosphere.
Our benefits package includes a competitive hourly rate of $50-60, 401k with matching, two weeks of paid vacation, paid holidays, and free dental care (excluding lab costs). Enjoy a balanced work-life with a full one-hour lunch break and a four-day work week!
