We are seeking a compassionate and motivated dental hygienist to join our well-established general dentistry practice. With a rich history dating back to 1954, our practice boasts a supportive and friendly environment where both patients and staff are treated like family. Our team is a blend of long-term employees, including many who have been with us for over 20 years, fostering a culture of stability and camaraderie.
As a part-time dental hygienist in our 4-op practice, you'll have the opportunity to work alongside two highly skilled doctors who prioritize a patient-centered approach in their treatment plans. Our holistic perspective means we consider disease, airway, mental, medical, and emotional health parameters when providing care. This enables us to deliver exceptional service while making our patients feel valued and understood.
In this role, you will conduct comprehensive dental examinations, provide education on oral hygiene and preventive care, and work directly with our patients to ensure their dental health. Your daily routine will involve spending 1-2 hours with patients, allowing you to build rapport and provide personalized care. Occasionally, you will see multiple patients simultaneously, ensuring a varied and engaging work experience.
We pride ourselves on our modern equipment and a progressive approach to all phases of general dentistry, including oral surgery, restorative, perio, ortho, and pediatric dentistry. Your expertise in dental hygiene is essential in helping us maintain our high standards of care. While we welcome new graduates to apply, your dental hygiene degree is a prerequisite for this position.
Our office environment is zero drama and infused with positivity. We believe in working hard while enjoying each other's company, making our practice a delightful place to contribute your skills. Parking is conveniently available onsite, and you will receive a one-hour lunch break from 1-2 PM.
