Bayonne, NJWe are seeking a full-time dental assistant to join a modern, patient-focused dental practice that serves a wide range of general and multi-specialty needs. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional who enjoys working in a collaborative, high-energy environment where quality care and team support come first.
Our practice is led by Dr. Omar Armstrong DDS MS and supported by a talented group of Associate Dentists across three locations. We are committed to exceptional patient experience, advanced technology, and ongoing team development. Each office includes an in-house lab, same-day dentistry capabilities, advanced airflow technology, and assisted hygiene. We also value strong communication, accountability, and continuous learning.
The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of experience in a digital office and is comfortable with iTero scanning. We are looking for someone who is patient-focused, organized, and eager to contribute to a positive team culture. A high school education or equivalent is preferred.
This full-time role offers a competitive pay rate based on experience, a 401(k) with matching, PTO after one year, paid holidays, sick time, and dental benefits. We also provide comprehensive PPE, including gowns, face shields, goggles, N95 masks, nitrile gloves, regular masks, and respirators. Parking is available on site, and lunch breaks are provided daily.
