You're a hygienist who's genuinely good at the craft. You're adaptable — on a slow morning you pitch in without being asked, on a busy afternoon you move efficiently without cutting corners. The Practice
We're a small, independently owned private practice in Los Altos. That means you'll know every patient by name, your clinical input gets heard, and there's no corporate layer between you and the dentist.

Daily schedule: Typically 7–10 patients depending on mix — prophys, perio maintenance, SRP. Some days are prophy-heavy; others are weighted toward periodontal work. Both happen. We need someone who adapts to that.

Clinical support: An assistant is available when you're running behind or a patient arrives early, but this is a small team. Everyone — including hygiene — helps with room breakdown and turnover when needed. That's what a small practice looks like.

Compensation: We’ve designed a compensation model that optimizes your effective hourly rate—meaning you earn more for every hour you are at the chair, without sacrificing your entire week to the office. Our structure is intentionally flexible to reward your productivity and long-term commitment, ensuring that your financial goals are met in fewer, more meaningful work days.

Customized Compensation: We offer tiered options based on whether you prefer performance-linked production bonuses or steady, predictable earnings.
