We are an established general dental practice with over 25 years of dedicated service and two locations in Fox River Grove and Huntley, Illinois. Our thriving practice is now seeking a passionate and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our team on a part-time or full time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow with us as we expand our hygiene services.
As a Dental Hygienist in our practice, you will be instrumental in providing exceptional patient care and education. You will typically spend 45 to 60 minutes with each patient, ensuring they receive comprehensive treatment tailored to their needs. Hygiene assistants are available to make your day run smoothly. Our modern office is equipped with the latest technology, including digital X-rays, new and always sharp instruments, and laser treatments, allowing you to enhance your skills and improve patient outcomes.
The ideal candidate should hold an RDH license and possess a friendly demeanor that resonates with our patient-centric approach. While we welcome applications from experienced hygienists, we are also happy to consider new graduates eager to start their careers in dental hygiene.
We appreciate our team’s well-being and provide personal protective equipment (PPE), including latex gloves, nitrile gloves, and regular masks, to ensure a safe working environment. You will also enjoy generous parking options around our building, making your commute hassle-free.
At our office, we recognize the importance of work-life balance. You will have the flexibility to determine your lunch break, with most team members opting for a 30- to 45-minute break. We will work with your schedule but we will require coverage on Tuesday evenings and one Saturday per month.
Compensation is negotiable based on your experience, and we offer great benefits for our team, including medical coverage for full-time members, a 401(k), paid time off, and continuing education opportunities.
