Lead Dental Assistant
LOCATION
Plano, TXWe are seeking a full-time dental assistant to join our general, private practice focused on personalized, high-quality care. As a Fee for Service office, we value strong patient relationships, attention to detail, and a welcoming approach.
The ideal candidate is a high school graduate with at least 3 years of experience and a cross-trained background. We are looking for someone who brings initiative, independence, and self-motivation, while also being a team player with a warm personality. Experience with Open Dental, iTero, and Invisalign is especially important.
Daily responsibilities may include chair side assistance, dental charting, radiology, instrument sterilization, infection control, impressions, patient education, patient scheduling, front office support, and treatment planning. Familiarity with crowns, bridges, cosmetic dentistry, extractions, implants, whitening, sealants, and is highly valued. Strong communication skills, customer service, and data entry are also beneficial.
Compensation starts at $25+ per hour, depending on experience, with PTO and a 401k offered. We are located in Northwest Plano off 121 and DNT. Monday through Thursday 7:00 am to 4:30 PM.
