Registered Dental Hygienist

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented dental hygienist to join a growing, full-time dental team in a dynamic clinical environment. This role supports a practice that serves patients in a general, multi-doctor setting, offering broad exposure to a high-quality, well-organized workflow. We are especially welcoming to new graduates and candidates with no prior working experience who are eager to build their skills in a professional, patient-centered office.

In this position, you will provide comprehensive hygiene care, including dental cleanings, oral hygiene instruction (OHI), and supportive preventive services. Our hygienists typically spend 35 minutes with patients for cleanings and OHI, and the schedule is designed to be efficient and timely. Our hygienist are give more time for sealants, perio scaling, etc. You will see one patient at a time, and patient care is structured in 45-minute slots. X-rays are not performed by hygiene in this role, as imaging is handled on the dental side by assistants to help keep the workflow running smoothly. The office operates on a timely schedule to promote consistency for both the team and patients.

We are looking for a candidate who communicates well, works efficiently, and values high standards of clinical care. Experience with EagleSoft is helpful, though not required. A college-level education is expected, and recent graduates are encouraged to apply. The position offers a competitive hourly rate of $35 per hour, along with a strong benefits package that includes medical insurance, vacation pay, and dental coverage.
