Join Our Patient-Centered Dental Team as a Full-Time Dental Hygienist!

We are a small, privately-owned dental practice dedicated to delivering exceptional care to our patients. Our office features two hygiene operatories and one dentist, all tailored towards building lasting relationships through trust, education, and personalized care. We offer a full spectrum of dental services, including preventive, restorative, and cosmetic dentistry, with a strong emphasis on patient education and proactive treatment strategies.

As a key member of our clinical team, you will play an essential role in creating a positive and inviting environment for our patients. Your responsibilities will include providing comprehensive hygiene services such as calculus removal, periodontal screenings, fluoride treatments, and oral hygiene instruction. You will see one patient at a time, allowing you to fully focus on their unique needs and ensure the highest quality care during 50-60 minute appointments, while children and patients with great oral health will have 40-minute slots.

We are looking for a candidate who possesses strong clinical skills, including proficiency in cavitrons and ultrasonic scaling, as well as a genuine passion for patient education and recall. Your attention to detail will be critical in accurately assessing and addressing gingivitis and periodontal health. Manual dexterity is a must for precise tool handling, and your ability to communicate effectively will help alleviate any anxieties our patients may have.

While we currently do not offer medical benefits, we provide a robust Simple IRA pension plan, paid vacations, and routine dental care for employees and their immediate families (spouse, children, parents). Our office operates Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, with a one-hour lunch from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm, and Wednesday from 8:30 am to 2:00 pm, allowing for a productive and rewarding work experience.
