Deliver gentle, thorough hygiene care to patients of all ages
Build trusting relationships and educate patients on their oral health
Collaborate with our dentist and clinical team to provide the best patient outcomes
Contribute to a culture of growth, positivity, and continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For
Current Dental Hygienist license in Virginia
Certification in Anesthesia and/or Nitrous Oxide (preferred, not required)
Experience with Dentrix and dental terminology
Reliable, punctual, and committed to providing excellent care
A proactive team player who takes initiative and enjoys helping others succeed

Schedule Daily morning huddle: 7:15–7:25 AM
Monday: 7:05 AM – 4:30 PM
Tuesday: 7:05 AM – 5:00 PM
Wednesday: 7:05 AM – 4:30 PM
Thursday: 7:05 AM – 3:30 PM

Compensation & Benefits
Hourly Rate: $65–$72 (based on experience)

Modern office with floor to ceiling windows in all operatories is looking for a full time hygienist. We are open Monday - Thursday.
We have a staff meeting every Tuesday to work on our team and patient care, address any concerns and make improvements. Younger female boss that once worked for corporate and wants to never be an office ran by numbers. It is always my goal to treat patients and staff with respect they deserve. We do fun things and happy hours as a team also!
