Dental Front Office Coordinator – Full Time

Farideh Amin Periodontics and Dental Implants is a specialty periodontal practice providing implant and periodontal care in a professional and patient-focused environment. Our office values efficiency, teamwork, and a positive patient experience.

We are currently seeking a full-time Front Office Coordinator. We begin with temporary/working interviews, and if there is a mutual fit, candidates may be considered for a full-time position.

Responsibilities include:
• Answering phones and assisting patients
• Scheduling, confirming, and rescheduling appointments
• Managing emails and voicemails
• Insurance verification
• Reviewing route slips and maintaining schedule flow
• Communicating with patients regarding appointments and follow-ups
• General front office duties and patient coordination

Ideal candidate:
• Friendly and professional communication skills
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Related front office / customer facing positions experience preferred
• Dentrix Ascend experience is a plus but not required
• Periodontal or specialty office experience is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently are essential. We are looking for someone who can take initiative, use available resources, and think critically before escalating routine questions.

Previous dental experience is preferred; however, we are willing to train the right candidate who is motivated, professional, and eager to learn.

Schedule & Locations:
The position is based between both offices as follows:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday in Chatsworth
Thursday in Newbury Park
One Saturday per month in Newbury Park

We conduct working interviews prior to full-time hiring to ensure a good mutual fit for both the candidate and the office.
