No Fridays · Work-Life Hours · Non-Corporate · Wellness-Focused Dentistry
Part-Time or Full-Time · 2+ Years Required
Groth Dental is looking to add a dental hygienist to support our growing, wellness-focused private practice. This is an ideal position if you're looking for an environment that embraces growth and development, fosters genuine relationships within our team and patient base, and restores your vitality with an amazing work-life balance and practice culture. We want candidates who are passionate, natural leaders, and providers looking to deliver the most advanced dental hygiene to optimize patient care.
Why This Is an Ideal Job:
No Fridays. Best hours. Balance isn't something we talk about — it's something we live. Every day starts early and ends early: Mon & Wed 8am–3pm, Tues & Thurs 7am–2pm.
Lead and shape the hygiene experience. We're actively developing whole-health periodontal protocols, and we want the right person helping drive that. If you have ideas about wellness-focused care, patient education, or how hygiene should function at its best, bring them. This is a seat at the table.
Modern, advanced dental hygiene. Appointments are structured so you can do your best work. We foster genuine relationships within our patient base, and that trust leads to idealized therapies that support optimal wellness.
Airflow in every operatory. We support our hygienist with best-in-class technology and materials, and we continue to evolve as the profession advances.
We truly have the best patients. We've built our patient base carefully. Our days are better because they're filled with wonderful people who are here for the right reasons and trust their hygienist.
A team with real roots. While our team is steadily growing, the core of us have been together for at least eight years. It's a joy to work within a culture that supports and genuinely cares for each other.

401(k) with 3% safe harbor match

Growth-minded. You pursue CE, stay curious, and want a practice that embraces development as much as you do.
A team person who holds a high standard and makes everyone around them better.
