We're looking for a proactive, motivated treatment coordinator who’s ready to support practice growth, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
This role is ideal for someone who’s both people-focused and results-driven—someone who can confidently guide patients through their treatment journey while keeping the business side of the practice running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take an active role in growing the patient base through community outreach, referrals, and a strong in-office experience
- Present treatment plans clearly and confidently, helping patients understand their options and move forward with care
- Follow up on unscheduled treatments and maintain high acceptance and case conversion rates
- Accurately verify dental insurance benefits and explain coverage to patients in a clear and helpful way
- Assist patients in navigating payment options, financing, and financial concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Support and lead the front office team to deliver top-tier customer service
- Keep the schedule running efficiently for both patients and providers
- Oversee billing, collections, and accounts receivable to ensure healthy financial performance
- Maintain compliance with all HIPAA, OSHA, and dental practice regulations
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in dental front desk or treatment coordination
- Strong understanding of insurance verification, billing, and financial arrangements
- Proven ability to increase treatment plan acceptance and build patient trust
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Experience with dental software, Open Dental, required
- Bilingual candidates are a plus
