DeSoto, TXArt of Dentistry – Sterilization Technician (Mon–Thurs, 10 AM–Close)
Art of Dentistry is seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Sterilization Technician (RDA) to join our team Monday through Thursday from 10 AM until close, with a 30‑minute lunch break. This role is essential to keeping our clinical flow smooth, safe, and patient‑ready. This is a good opportunity for a new graduate with RDA license.
⭐ Key Responsibilities
Operatory Turnover — Efficiently clean, disinfect, and reset operatories between patients.
Instrument Sterilization — Maintain proper sterilization cycles, package instruments, and ensure all tools are stocked and ready.
Operatory Maintenance — Sweep operatories and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment.
Waste Management — Empty trash cans regularly and ensure daily disposal.
Zoom Whitening Support — Prepare, set up, and monitor Zoom whitening sessions for patients.
X‑ray Assistance — Take radiographs as needed (must be X‑ray certified or willing to become certified).
Chairside Assistance — Assist Dr. Morgan when requested.
Nitrous Monitoring — Observe and support patients using nitrous oxide per office protocol.
