Hygienist - Myles Family Dentistry

We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate Dental Hygienist to join a general dentistry practice that values teamwork, professionalism, and exceptional patient care. This full-time position is ideal for a motivated individual who enjoys working in a supportive, patient-centered environment where collaboration and continuous learning are part of everyday practice.

The ideal candidate will be committed to helping patients feel comfortable, informed, and confident in their oral health journey. In this role, you will provide preventive dental care, perform thorough hygiene assessments, and contribute to a smooth, efficient clinical workflow. You will also play an important part in patient education, helping individuals understand proper home care and the connection between oral health and overall wellness.

We welcome both experienced hygienists and recent graduates who are eager to develop their skills and grow professionally. Previous clinical experience is preferred, but not required for candidates who demonstrate strong initiative, a positive attitude, and a genuine passion for patient care.

Required qualifications include a current North Carolina Registered Dental Hygienist license, current CPR certification, proficiency with digital radiographs and electronic dental records, and strong communication skills. The ability to build rapport with patients, maintain excellent attention to detail, and manage time effectively is essential. A team-oriented mindset and a commitment to providing exceptional care are also important for success in this role.

This position offers a structured full-time schedule with a 1 hour lunch break at 1 pm. Convenient parking is located outside of the practice, making access simple and practical for the team.
