We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Dental Assistant to join our long-standing privately owned dental practice in Fairfield, CT. As our current dental assistant embarks on her journey to dental school, we need a talented individual who can provide exceptional support in both general and orthodontic procedures while maintaining our commitment to patient care in a friendly environment.
Our ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience and possesses a thorough understanding of dental terminology, infection control, and chairside assistance. You should be comfortable with various tasks, including bleaching, crowns/assisting, and radiology. Experience with CareStack, iTero, and a CDA certification is preferred, as well as cross-training abilities for front office duties.
In this full-time role, you will work collaboratively with our dedicated team to ensure patient comfort and education throughout their treatment journey. We offer a competitive hourly rate of $23 - $30, along with benefits including paid time off, sick leave, dental benefits, retirement options, and health insurance.
