We are a small, modern private general practice located in Stafford, VA, and we are seeking a full-time Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic team. Our practice, led by Dr. Dunbar, who has served this community for over 10 years, is committed to providing exemplary dental care while maintaining a fun, team-oriented atmosphere.
As a Dental Hygienist in our practice, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality oral care to our patients. You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients, spending 40-60 minutes with each individual, allowing you to build meaningful relationships and provide personalized care. Being a single doctor and single hygienist practice, you will appreciate the streamlined workflow and attention to detail that comes from working closely with your colleagues.
We offer competitive compensation of $62-65 per hour, based on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, uniform allowances, paid holidays, sick days, and vacation time. Our practice also provides dental benefits, ensuring that our team members have access to the care they give their patients.
