As a part-time team member, you will play a vital role in promoting oral health and supporting our commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will work directly with patients to perform comprehensive oral assessments, provide preventative care, and educate patients on proper dental hygiene practices. You will be responsible for:
- Conducting thorough dental cleanings and treatments.
- Taking dental radiographs (X-rays).
- Applying sealants and fluoride treatments as needed.
- Maintaining accurate patient records and documenting treatment plans.
- Collaborating closely with our dental team to ensure personalized patient care.
With the capability to focus on one patient at a time, you will spend 30-45 minutes for each appointment, allowing you to build strong relationships with patients and effectively address their unique dental needs. This tailored approach ensures that every patient receives the attention and care they deserve.
Qualifications:
To thrive in this position, you should possess a minimum of two years of experience as a dental hygienist in a multi-doctor setting. A valid dental hygiene license is required. Additionally, strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor are essential in fostering an engaging patient experience. You should have a proactive approach to patient education and be committed to promoting oral health awareness.
