Registered Dental Assistant
LOCATION
The Woodlands, TXWe are seeking an experienced dental professional to join a patient-focused office that provides general and periodontic care, along with specialized services such as TMJ management and cosmetic dentistry. Our practice is fee-for-service and built around quality, not volume. We take the time needed to deliver excellent care and outstanding customer service in a supportive environment where both patients and team members are treated with respect.
This full-time role is ideal for someone with 3–5 years of dental experience and a strong commitment to professionalism, organization, and teamwork. The right candidate will be comfortable assisting chairside, preparing treatment rooms, supporting patient comfort, and helping maintain smooth daily operations. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude are essential.
We value a culture of growth and encourage continuing improvement both professionally and personally. Team members are expected to contribute to a welcoming atmosphere while maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency. Personal protective equipment is provided, including disposable gowns, face shields, goggles, latex gloves, nitrile gloves, and regular masks.
