Join a Different Kind of Dental Practice

We are seeking an experienced, compassionate dental hygienist to join a full-time dental practice serving a broad patient base in general, PPO, and private care. Our dental team combines diverse expertise with a collaborative, patient-centered approach to deliver comfortable, personalized care that helps patients achieve a healthy, beautiful smile.

In this role, you will provide high-quality preventive care and patient education while supporting a smooth, efficient clinical experience. Responsibilities include performing dental cleanings, periodontal maintenance, oral health assessments, and radiographs as appropriate, as well as reviewing patient histories and documenting findings accurately. You will also reinforce treatment recommendations, educate patients on effective home care, and help build long-term trust through clear, respectful communication.

The ideal candidate is a college-educated professional who wants to grow professionally, believes strongly in prevention and education, and is comfortable following structured clinical protocols. We are looking for someone who enjoys communicating with patients, building rapport, and contributing to a team that values consistency, compassion, and excellence. An openness to technology and innovation is important, as we use modern systems to support efficient and effective care. Spanish-speaking candidates are a plus.

Additional benefits include health insurance, a bonus system, and vacation time. Compensation for this full-time position is $50 - $60 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Our office is designed to support both staff and patients with convenient street parking and access to a public garage. Team members are given a 30-minute lunch break during the workday.
