Associate Dentist

Join our dedicated team as a General Dentist for a full-time position in a thriving private practice. Our dental office, led by the experienced Dr. Nekkanti, is situated in the vibrant community of Southwest Austin. We pride ourselves on delivering compassionate, patient-centered care while utilizing advanced technology to ensure clinical excellence. Our team provides a comprehensive range of services, including general, cosmetic, and restorative dentistry, catering to families across various neighborhoods including West Branch, Heights at Loma Vista, Oak Hill, Scenic Brook West, Circle C North, and Bannockburn.

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive oral evaluations, performing new-patient and periodic examinations, caries risk assessments, and periodontal charting. You will develop clear, patient-centered treatment plans and provide same-visit restorative and emergency care as necessary. Your proficiency in restorative and surgical procedures will be essential as you diagnose and manage diverse dental conditions, perform direct and indirect restorations, crowns, bridges, as well as simple and surgical extractions.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in endodontic therapy, performing predictable pulpotomies and non-surgical root canal procedures. Strict adherence to infection control and aseptic techniques is paramount, ensuring compliance with OSHA and CDC standards. You will play a key role in patient communication by reviewing diagnosis and treatment options, educating patients about their care, and ensuring a smooth operatory flow in collaboration with our skilled dental assistants.
