Dental Assistant

We are a growing general dental practice seeking a skilled and compassionate dental care professional to join our team in a full-time role. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative environment, values high-quality patient care, and is comfortable supporting both clinical and laboratory workflows in a busy office setting.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of preferred experience in a dental setting and a college-level understanding of dental procedures, patient communication, and infection control. Daily responsibilities will include taking X-rays, assisting the dentist during treatment, taking impressions, and managing and cleaning labs to help maintain efficient clinical operations. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work well with both patients and team members. A professional, friendly approach is essential, as is the ability to uphold a calm and supportive environment for patients receiving care.

Because we are a general practice, the position offers variety and the opportunity to develop a broad range of skills while contributing to a well-rounded patient experience. The work schedule is full-time, with a lunch break of 30 minutes to an hour depending on the day’s schedule. Compensation is hourly and commensurate with experience. We also offer insurance and paid time off as part of our benefits package.

Patient and staff safety are a priority in our office. We provide a full range of PPE, including disposable gowns, face shields, goggles, latex gloves, N95 masks, nitrile gloves, regular masks, and respirator masks. Parking is available in the lot directly in front of the office, making commuting convenient for team members.
