At our established dental practice in Concord, NC, we are seeking a dedicated and skilled General Dentist to become an integral part of our team. Our office, built on three generations of dental care, has been serving our community for nearly two decades under the leadership of Dr. Nikki Jones Bailey, who brings 25 years of expertise in dentistry. Our strong commitment to our patients and each other sets us apart as an exceptional workplace.

As a General Dentist in our practice, you will have the opportunity to work in a warm, welcoming environment alongside a talented team of seven professionals in our five operatories. Our mission is to treat our patients like family, fostering a collaborative atmosphere where every team member plays a critical role in delivering exceptional dental care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive dental services, including examinations, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
- Perform a variety of procedures such as restorations, extractions, and preventive care, ensuring the highest standard of care.
- Collaborate with the dental team to enhance patient experiences, promoting a positive and relaxed atmosphere in line with our core values.
- Continuously engage in professional development and training to stay updated on the latest technologies and advancements in dentistry.

Qualifications:
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree.
- 1-2 years of clinical experience is preferred, but we welcome recent graduates who are eager to learn and grow!
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively educate and engage with patients.
