Endodontic Front Office

We are a high-end, patient-focused endodontic practice seeking an experienced and polished Practice Coordinator to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for patients, providing a warm, professional, and welcoming experience
Manage scheduling, patient check-in/check-out, and coordination of appointments with efficiency and accuracy
Handle patient communications via phone, email, and messaging platforms with clarity and professionalism
Maintain and update patient records using modern dental software systems
Verify insurance, process payments, and assist with administrative tasks as needed
Support the clinical team by ensuring smooth front-office operations
Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a professional office environment (dental experience preferred)
Exceptional proficiency with technology and ability to learn new systems quickly
Strong customer service skills with a patient-first mindset
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
Professional demeanor and appearance appropriate for a high-end specialty practice
